The room, working space and route from the boxes to their final position help us plan the visit and who is needed.
The finishing details
Wall fixing and packaging need considering too. Mention any anchoring instructions and tell us if you need help with the empty boxes.
Planning the visit
Boxes and parts. Send the product link or name, item count and whether all boxes have arrived. Keep the instructions and fittings together. Photos help if you’ve started assembly or found missing or damaged parts.
Room and access. Tell us where the boxes are, where the furniture will go, and about stairs, tight spaces or heavy items needing two people. You don’t need to move heavy boxes for an assessment.
Fixings and packaging. Mention any required wall anchoring and fixings you already have. We’ll assess the item, wall and suitable fixings before you buy extras. Packaging removal isn’t automatically included—ask us to include it in the agreed scope.
A conversation. A clear plan.

If missing or damaged parts prevent completion, we’ll explain what needs resolving. Any further work or another visit would need to be agreed.
